Walking the board walk all the way through the national park is a must do. There are so many beautiful gorgeous little coves and bays and if you’re lucky endless amounts of waves. We visited Noosa at the end of Dec and stayed for 6 days. We got lucky and scored waves at Noosa Heads everyday we were there.
BEST RESTAURANTS TO EAT AT IN NOOSA
We definitely recommend booking a table at BISTRO C (Beachfront). This is on the pricey end however it is well worth it but be sure to pre book before you go if in peak season. We called the day we arrived and were lucky to get their only availability at 5.30pm! I highly recommend the earlier dinner time slot so you can enjoy the last bit of day light followed by a beautiful sunset.
7 top places to eat that you will need to pre-book include
- ROCKSALT–
- BANG BANG–
- LIGHT YEARS
- SUM YOUNG GUYS
- PEREGIAN BEACH HOTEL
- NOOSA WATERFRONT
- PITCHFORK RESTAURANT
Take your chances with walk-in on the main stretch of Noosa or you can go just over the hill to Noosa Junction where the locals like to eat and you can find something to tickle your fancy here. I highly Recommend Mr Drifter, their Pork Belly Roll and city fried Sambal Mango Dip
WHERE IS BEST PARKING IN NOOSA ?
Traveling from Brisbane, Gold coast Sydney with a car? We personally flew into Coolangatta for Christmas with the family and then trained it to Brisbane airport to collect our car hire before flying Bris-Perth again. We discovered very quickly how busy Noosa was during the peak season and it took us a few days before we found this top secret all day parking on the verge of the road that lead us to a 400m beautiful tropical lush walk straight into town. So if you want to skip the traffic of bumper to bumper almost at stand still. Then at the top of the hill at a round about you will see a BWS on the right, you want to turn right there onto Hibiscue Ave follow that to the end then turn left and follow it all the way down to Picture Point Cr (Park anywhere you can on the road. ) At the end is signage to main beach.  We left at 7.30am thinking that it would be early enough to park with ease and we were very wrong as people leave their cars in the big carparks overnight and those traveling up in their vans (from Bris and Gold-coast) to surf also leave them at the public parking available at the end of Park Rd and Mitti St

NOOSA NATIONAL PARK – The home to Noosa’s spectacular costal scenery and protected by beautiful wildlife, If your eyes are feeling adventurous then you maybe lucky to spot a koala in one of Noosa’s many stunning Eucalyptus trees. The boardwalk is pram friendly all the way up to Dolphin Bay and from there it turned into a dirt track. Isla was teething so we took our favourite carrier just incase she cracked it when she got tired. I didn’t see many prams, the walk is a bit hilly up and down so I do feel a carrier was the best option and past a few others doing the same. All up we walked for an hour and on the way back Isla slept and when she woke we had a little play at Tea Tree beach which has 3 entry points and is absolutely beautiful with less people however provided very little shade if you like to sit on the sand. The little cove bay is also beautiful if you have a beach umbrella (be sure to check the tides) then you have main beach which provides dry sand and plenty of shade till noon by the rocks. Tewantin is another national park you may be interested or perhaps Emu Mount Summit walkÂ
